Great stay! We love this condo for the enclosed or open balcony overlooking the Gulf. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook and easy access to restaurants if you don’t. 2 king beds are a plus. Bender is very helpful.

The glass-enclosed balcony in Edgewater 31 is a definite plus during the coastal winters, when weather can be iffy. Regardless of the forecast, you can always enjoy the views of the Gulf in perfect comfort.

Master bath has a nice walk in shower. Our unit was clean and well maintained. Thanks to Bender for being helpful and professional!
