***Large, building-wide construction project in progress until mid-January. There will be loud noise during different stages of this project. The beach boardwalk will be accessible from the front of the building. The pool will be closed late November through December.***

This unit needs some attention but was clean with a great location. The wall on the porch has a large crack between the wall and floor. Water was running in while rain was blowing in. Trim at door and inside needs paint. Well stocked with cooking utensils. We enjoyed the stay. See you again soon.
