Description

Water views from the front entrance, balcony, and both bedrooms! This recently renovated condo sits on the Lagoon but has views of the Gulf as well. Enjoy looking at the pool and lagoon from your private balcony, accessed by both the living room and the master bedroom.

In the living room, you can watch TV and enjoy the comfy coziness of the electric fireplace. Guests can choose the king sized bed in the master bedroom or the queen bed in the guest - both have TVs.

The renovated bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and a lovely granite countertop.

This property has stunning landscaping, emphasizing the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and view of the Lagoon. Enjoy fishing or boating? You have access to two piers and a boat launch.

Head to the beach, using the dedicated beach access, just across the two lane beach road.

The condo was perfect. Everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable both inside and on the deck. The view from the deck overlooking the pool and racket courts and the bay was so calming and beautiful. The ocean was easily visible on the other side of the condo. The kitchen and bath were nice. Although we did not use the tennis courts, they were in great condition. The pool was wonderful. Everything was well maintained and clean. They even provided large carts to help get luggage and groceries up the elevator. The staff in the lobby was always helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful time.

The condo was so clean and you could tell recently updated!!!! New appliances and decorated so cute!! We will definitely be back! Our tolet was stopped up one day and we called and within a hour they had sent someone over to fix! Beds were very comfortable !

The only thing we didn’t like was one dish towel and furniture is two big for room n we didn’t like the weather

We loved our stay in 309A at Gulf Surf and Racquet!! Everything is updated (especially the bathroom) and the decor is so cute! Also, there was plenty of room for the four of us. The location is perfect! We spent a lot of time out on the comfortable balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. Then, we only had to cross the road to be right at the wonderful beach. We really enjoyed the lack of traffic out there but we were only 5-10:minutes away from Walmart and other stores and restaurants. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo! Great stay!

Cannot say enough about Surf and Racquet Club!!! Beach is literally right there, super short walk. Beautiful pier to watch the sunset. Lagoon views. Resort like pool. Bender was great, responsive and easy to work with!

We love this condo! It is in a more quiet part of Gulf Shores so we did not have to deal with traffic and noise. The beach is less crowded also. Being between the beautiful lagoon and beautiful beach is perfect! The condo is updated and the bathroom is very pretty. Lots of storage also and the washer & dryer were so handy. All 5 ratings in our opinion!

We LOVED our stay here! All the furniture was comfy. We stayed on the balcony a lot! Great views! Leave the entrance blind open and u can see the ocean and the bay !! The piers give beautiful sunsets and sunrises! Everyone we meet there was friendly. We loved the large shower with a seat! Well be renting again and recommend it highly!

And the pool area was lovely; nicely landscaped and can’t beat the great fishing pier. We enjoyed sitting on the pier almost as much as sitting on the beach!

Very cute, clean and efficient condo. Views were excellent and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying them. The convenience of the beach is just a 3 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this place.

I really was only there to sleep, but I slept great. Clean, friendly, and quiet after 10 PM
