Great location. I loved the enclosed balcony and the 3rd floor. Not too high up. Smaller condo building was great. Would have been nice if the pool was heated. Condo could have been cleaner. I did have to wipe out the fridge and clean off a few of the counters and surfaces. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was coated in dust. We did not have a working coffee pot, so they did bring us a new one. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Most of the time was spent outside exploring.

Great unit and location. We would definitely stay here again. We were a bit disappointed in how things were cleaned before our arrival. It looked like the kitchen floor needed swept and there was a bag of candy left over sitting on the top of the refrigerator. Nevertheless, it was a great unit for what we hoped to have for the week we had during the holidays.

The condo was up to date and clean when we arrived. The condo could have used more kitchen utensils and dish washing soap but other than that it was perfect. We will definitely be back ��

When we arrived on Feb 19, the toilet in the master bathroom was disconnected from the wall & sitting in the bathtub. The maintenance man came the next day & said it would be fixed by the 23rd. It was finally fixed the 27th. Bender reimbursed us for the inconvenience, but it seems there are some communication issues between the maintenance dept & the rental company.
The floors in the bathrooms need a more thorough cleaning (I washed bathroom rugs myself).
The bathroom in the hallway needs paint. The paint was peeling off the vanity.

Communication with property management was great. Check-in was easy. Unit was in good shape. Building isn’t huge and has adequate parking on same side of road, so that was really nice. Was my first time to gulf shores and we very much enjoyed the area.

The condo was nice and clean. The best part was that there was easy beach wheelchair access. It made our trip to the beach so much easier. I will stay again at Edgewater for the easy access.

The location was perfect, the weather was perfect and Gulf Shores is an excellent place to vacation. From the third floor, you look directly down on the white sandy beach and we couldn't of asked for a better view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable but the master bathroom was a bit small with very little space to set things on. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable. The spare bathroom was plenty big enough and we ended up using that during out stay. The unit needs some updating and needs a good deep cleaning but overall was clean enough and we felt very comfortable staying there. Bender Realty did a great job throughout the entire process! We would highly recommend Gulf Shores as a vacation destination! Just a quick side note... At Edgewater the units all have two sets of sliding glass doors which most other buildings don't have. We really loved that feature for several reasons including reducing outside noise.

Very nice place. Clean and well equipped. We loved the glassed in deck and how close we were to the ocean. Definitely will be back.
