USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park features a historic park and museum for visitors to learn about World War I & II. Explore the USS Alabama, USS Drum, Aircraft Pavilion, Tanks & Artillery, park memorials, and the recreational area here.
The USS Alabama and USS Drum are both National Historic Landmarks and are a must-see for history buffs. You can also view more than 25 historic planes and military vehicles in the Aircraft Pavilion, including the A-12 Black Bird, Red-Tail P-51 airplane, and more. One of the newest additions is the VH1-N/Bell 212 helicopter, Marine One, restored from its use by Presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, and H.W. Bush.
