This huge unit features a king bed in the master suite, king bed in one guest room, second guest room has two full size beds and a sofa bed in the living room, making it able to accommodate up to 8 people! Bring everyone and enjoy a unique family vacation together. The master suite features a large soaking tub and separate shower. TVs and DVD players throughout and WiFi are available for your entertainment. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The beach front balcony offers wide spanning views allowing you to take in all the sights, sounds and scents of the Gulf of Mexico.

At the Phoenix Gulf Shores location you can enjoy close proximity to all the best dining, shopping and recreation the island has to offer. This property is beach front making access to the beach a breeze. The swimming options at this location are endless with an outdoor pool with a slide, heated indoor pool and a hot tub! This property comes with an array of amenities including tennis courts, meeting room, climate controls hallways, 4 elevators all for your convenience.

My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful condo. It is PERFECT! With 3 teenagers, this condo had everything we needed and offers gorgeous views of the Gulf! Comfy beds, all the kitchen supplies you need to make meals from the condo when you just want to chill rather than go out to eat. You can even grill poolside! Very clean and well maintained as well as the entire building. The deck is large with comfortable furniture. We will definitely be returning to this one! Customer service from Bender is top notch too! Close to the pier and good restaurants and shops! PERFECT!

Awesome property! Loved the balcony especially since we were there during tropical storm Francine. Gave us a great place to hang out when we couldn’t go to the beach. Only complaint would be the beds in the bedroom to the left as you come in the front door, the beds were not comfortable. And both front bedrooms could use something to block out the light coming in from the outside hallway. Overall a great place and definitely would stay again. And Bender Realty was great to work with!

Family getaway to the beach for Thanksgiving was great. Phoenix Gulf Shores did not disappoint. Beachfront Condo with good amenities and a great view. We really enjoyed our few days' stay here and hope to revisit in the future. We would also recommend this property to a friend or relative. There were a few items that could have been done better. First off, before check in we had to purchase a parking pass and were not told this until the day we arrived. Not a huge deal, but in my opinion, this should be included in the initial fees for at least one car and not presented, surprisingly, after the fact; especially in one of the nicer properties such as this.
Upon arriving to the unit, the first thing we noticed was the kitchen floor was not very clean. We had to give it a sweep. Also there was one burner on the stove that did not work. It seems the control knob (far right) was torn up and since we cooked Thanksgiving Dinner this was a small problem. Overall though, the kitchen was well stocked and had the dishes and utensils we needed for a big meal. The unit, overall, was nice and well appointed and we would stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful time In Alabama! The rooms were beautiful! The view was absolutely amazing and the beautiful decor just set the tone for the week! The balcony was wonderful to sit on enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We had a really good time and look forward to returning next year! Last minute birthday wish from 92 y/o father-in-law to see the ocean. Only with VRBO and Bender we could make it happen. Bender was flawless to work with, communication outstanding. Condo was stunning, everything and more we could have ever asked for. Beautiful furnishings, balcony unbelievable, condo was spotless, this condo is a wow factor. Unit and Property is as advertised. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. Unit supplies had everything you would need. All four Elevators were always in working order and we never had to wait. The common grounds from pool entries to elevator lobby cleaned and maintained. The slide at the pool was a huge hit with the children. Parking Fees of $55 per week per car seemed excessive but they were listed in the unit advertisement. The only complaint we have involves the Beach Service and Gulf Shores PD. On our first day we set up using Neso tents. They are the wind sail type with no sides. We have used these at Orange Beach and PCB with no issues. They are much safer than umbrellas blowing away and do not block anyone's view. We picked a spot that did not have beach service chairs set up behind us. The beach service told us we would have to move to a spot about a 100 yards away. We acknowledged and told them we would move the next day since we were already set up. They called Gulf Shores PD and had us move immediately. There is no posting on the property or in the condo rules about this. Otherwise, the staff at Bender were always responsive and very accomodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for 8 ladies. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean, super comfortable furniture. Some of us even napped on the sofa while listening to the ocean. A suggestion would be to be specific about the kitchen:, such as what kind of coffee pot, a few items were missing: cheese grater and cutting board.

The condo in person looked exactly like the photos. It was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 8 to congregate (in living area or on the balcony) and sleep. The pools (and especially the slide) were a big hit with the grandchildren. We highly enjoyed it and look forward to coming back next year. (Note regarding prior review, information provided by Bender specifically called out that they only provide a "starter" pack for paper products, soaps, etc. and no beach towels. We read the information and therefore there were prepared.) Thanks!

The condo was just as pictured on the website with large living areas, bedrooms, baths and what a great balcony! Our family of eight was very comfortable there and had room to spare for gathering. The separate icemaker was so convenient and saved us time by not having to run to the store to buy ice for coolers. The waterslide and indoor/outdoor pools were a hit with our grandchildren, too! We highly recommend this unit. (Note: To whomever was complaining about the paper, soap, etc. supplied, the information provided by Bender clearly mentioned that it's a "starter" supply and they did not provide beach towels.)

The condo was very comfortable and the living room and kitchen areas were larger than I thought due to the way pictures make things look bigger than normal. Nice view from the balcony. Be prepared to have the bare minimum items. You only get one roll of TP per bathroom, one packet of dishwasher soap, no hand soap, one roll of PT and one garbage bag. Staying for a week these provided items don't last long with 8 people. Remember to bring your own beach towels. It was nice that the condo had 2 chairs for the beach available (my guess is someone left them). The pool is more of a kids pool than a lounge pool. Location is good unless you like to walk but a few blocks to the east is where the night life is. Surf side had great pizza and Lauria had good drinks. The Hangout is a fun place to visit and listen to live music.

We had blast! Family of 6 we stayed march 6-11th . Condo met every expectation and beyond. Spacious clean and beds very comfy, garden tub in master oh so relaxing!. We arrived early and our condo was ready. Very calm and relaxing on balcony. Condo clean and beds comfy ( plus). Spacious had everything needed. Grocery and shopping, places to eat very close. As our first time in Gulf Shores, we didn’t know what to expect. Our unit was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen and a spectacular view of the gulf. We enjoyed the comfortable balcony furniture and view as much as possible as the weather wasn’t very cooperative. Our grandchildren visited and enjoyed the beach and indoor pool. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

This condo was very clean and had a very convenient location. It has 4 elevators so getting to your car, lobby, beach etc.... was easy and quick. Everyone is required to wear a bracelet and even though they were lenient about having it on, it is still aggravating to have to remember to have them and I can’t stand a bracelet anyway. They only give 2 parking passes regardless what size room you have. So, if there are 3 bedrooms and 3 different cars, I don’t know what you would do with the third car. Those would be the only complaints. Overall very nice place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was excellent! Beautiful, large and clean. The outdoor furniture was the best I’ve even seen in a condo. I would consider renting again but our group is growing and we will need one more bed. I will be keeping my eyes on this condo for sure! Only issue we had was the ice maker at the wet bar was out of order. We did report it and told them fixing for our stay was necessary because the fridge also had an ice maker. Right as we were about to leave the condo maintenance arrived to check on things. I’m sure it’s been take. Care of.

Comfortable beds and couches, every utensil/dish/skillet you’d need in kitchen and comfortable patio furniture
Close to our favorite restaurant Bahama Bobs
Close to everything really
Bender is always great to work with, check in with them smooth and quick but check in on the pactual property (for parking passes) was frustrating and timely

Bender Realty was wonderful! They were friendly and helpful in preparing us for what to expect. We've worked with a lot of groups, and they are the kindest. The condo was phenomenal! It was beyond our expectations. We're dying to come back!

This condo is Spot On!! The location and beautiful Gulf views made our Easter break perfect! The balcony decor is awesome for a large party or for a nice dinner at sun set! The amenities especially the two pools had our kids in heaven, along with the waves of the Gulf of Mexico and the seashells to find! This condo is loaded with everything you will need for a memory filled family vacation! We cannot wait to come back and spend another week at The Phoenix Gulf Shores 1203!
