Looking for the perfect beachside retreat? This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo is just a short walk from the beach, where you can enjoy those famous sparkling Gulf waters. Start your day with a cup of coffee in your private section of the communal balcony, or unwind in the evening as you watch the sunset from the southern end of the property. With room for up to 8 guests, it’s an ideal spot for families or small groups looking to enjoy a memorable beach getaway.

Step inside to a welcoming open-concept living area, where cozy sofas invite you to relax, one of which converts into a full-sized bed for extra comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with all the essentials including a coffee maker, blender, and toaster, making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. Gather around the dining table, which seats 6, for family dinners or fun game nights.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, with 2 queen-sized beds, a TV, and shared bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Plus, enjoy the added perk of an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay hassle-free.

This condo has everything you need to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories, making it the perfect choice for your next beach vacation!

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, TV and a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds, TV and a shared bathroom.
*Sofa in the living area pulls out to a full-sized bed.

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. The unique V-shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly "get to know your neighbor" atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property year after year. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. Sandpiper is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests!

Very nice condo 2 bedrooms 2 baths, nice kitchen and living room and loved having a washer and dryer in condo. A short walk onto the beach which was very clean. The location was like 30 minutes driving from any place we were interested in going.

The location is right on the beach. The layout is very nice giving you pool view and plenty of space for sitting on your deck. Clean condos. Our unit needed to update some things, but I was in several other units that were very updated and spacious. Property management are so nice and is easy to communicate with.

We stay at Sandpiper when we come.
The kiddos love the atmosphere here and always make
friends. The people that stay here and rent these condos always
come back year after year. We recommend this place highly.
Great location for shopping and eating. The kids like to walk
and have ice cream or go to the Hangout about a mile down
the road. These are definitely a family atmosphere all will enjoy.

The unit was clean and in great shape. We’re a guy’s golf trip (50’s and 60’s) so we don’t have a lot of kitchen/appliance needs; however, we did have everything we need. The satellite TV worked and had a great sports package. The restrooms/showers were clean and in great working order. We will be back.

From the booking process through the stay and even check out things could not have gone more smoothly. This was our second experience in Gulf Shores and the first, with another Managment company, was not good at all and we felt that we were fleesed by their small print and charged $350 we didn't expect. From the beginning with Bender everything was exactly as they advertised. NO SMALL PRINT! The unit looked exactly as advertised and the location was great. Everything was clean and worked properly. Our stay was 8 nights and we could not have been happier with the price, property or the Managment company. We will ALWAYS use Bender when we visit the Gulf Shores area in the future.

2nd time at the sandpiper. I like staying there. Close to everything. The condo is not but 3 floors so not a crowded parking or having to wait for an elevator. The beach is close and kids enjoy the pool. Plenty of kitchen items. The condo is nice and clean. I will use sandpiper again and will book this condo.

The Sandpiper was a very clean and comfortable complex to vacation at. However, there is not nearly enough parking to accommodate all the guests. 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, we had to park across the street just off the main road where there was no security.

It's was very peaceful and quaint staying in a three level high condo and it's also so fast and easy to reach the beach!I've stayed at the sandpiper three times now and have been very pleased. The one thing they need to update in the unit that I was in was the stove.

Great place to spend the winter. Condo was neat and clean, Bender Realty took real good care of any problems that came up,(coffee maker quit and they brought us a new one, like, within 5 minutes.) We loved the location, and the condo.

The condo was very clean and had a stocked kitchen with all items you could ever need. During our visit some of the owners of the unit were there and you could tell they took such pride in the property at the Sandpiper. I could not imagine staying anywhere else on a visit to Gulf Shores.

this condo was good. Could use a deep cleaning but when you only have a few hours to turn around a condo its hard to do but maybe double up a team to do this. We had 8 adults in our group, so the sofa sleeper was in use, this was ok they are never 100% comfortable anyways. We could've used more towels since there were 8 of us but I just kept up on laundry ??. We had fun the entire time. I would recommend a signed parking seems people don't listen and park 2 cars deep under the condo, so parking is a little bit of an issue. We had 3 cars and you can only have 2 at the condo and the other car was parked at the office so we would move the one from the office to the parking spot of the condo to save the parking spot when we all left together. Wifi is not the best but at least it's available. Over all it was a good place to stay.. ????????

Sandpiper was exactly like the pictures on the internet. It was clean and location was great. I traveled with older parents and elevator and beach access were only complaint would be that the oven did not work right, broiler stayed on during normal bake time resulting in some burnt food, nothing major that couldn't be replaced with something else. I look forward to my next vacation and would definitely choose Sandpiper again!

The property management staff was absolutely wonderful, location was fantastic, and the overall family friendly atmosphere of the Sandpiper exceeded our expectations. However, the one area of improvement needed is the cleanliness of the floors. It appeared the kitchen and bathroom floors were not vacuumed prior to arrival. Definitely not a "deal-breaker" just a bit disappointing when we first arrived (first impressions). We highly recommend Bender Realty and the Sandpiper.

Had a great time when we stayed for 2 weeks in Feb. 2014. Very convenient to shopping, groceries, restaurants. Right on the beach. Thinking about a 2 month snowbird stay in 2015. Will look for something cheaper since $1140/month is a bit steep for only having a cold outdoor pool.
Suggest you pick a unit other than 9C since it is right by the garbage and every other morning the big garbage truck wakes you up with its clanging and beeping.

Bender staff were very good to work with.
Sandpiper, overall, is a nice condo building. Units more in the middle of the building away from the street will be quieter.
Lots of snowbiders in the winter months so a quiet place for us seniors.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper.

Sandpiper is a wonderful complex. Very nice unit with everything we needed. We just felt the cleanliness of the living room furniture was not what we had come to expect from Sandpiper. Also some of the dishes needed to be rewashed. These were not big problems and would not prevent us from staying here again.

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Unfortunately, the cupboards must have been recently remodeled and some shelves were covered with sawdust. I cleaned the unit daily and left it very clean but still had to pay a very high cleaning fee. I think the fee should be prorated after the unit is inspected. The code was changed on the door prior to our departure at 9:30AM, so, if the door would have closed as we were moving out, we would not have been able to re-enter to get our remaining items. I loved the unit and location and would definitely stay there again!

They made it very easy to do late check in and were extremely curtious when I went into the actual office. Very informative about events going on for The Shrimp Festival as well as other local things to do. Will use Bender Realty and The Sandpiper again!!

This was our first time to gulf shores and this rental far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had access to the beach. I would recommend this rental to anyone! The staff at the realty office were nice from beginning to end.

I do want to give you some feedback on the home that hopefully will be constructive comments. I would not choose to stay in 9C next year unless the mattress on the queen bed in the master bedroom is replaced. It is worn out. My husband slept on it but I rolled to the middle since he is larger than me. My two grandchildren and I played 'musical beds' on the sofa and the two twin beds.

One cleaning note, the bathroom had stains on the floor when we got there as though it had not been mopped.

I wouldn't complain, because we had a very good vacation and we love the Sandpiper. However, if I were the owner of the condo I would want to know because these things might reduce rental opportunities. I work for a bank, and I know that if we don't know what's wrong, we can't fix it so we like to get feedback too.

Manager's Response

The owner has replaced the queen mattress and box springs (foundation) in the master bedroom, and new foundations were placed in the guest bedroom in October, 2009.

Property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Would come back.

The outside deck was dirty and no one cleaned it the entire time we were there.

As Usual, You guy's made our week the best. We were not pleased with the security guard at all. He felt like it was his job to seek out trouble, going so far as to converse with children about possible wrong doings, knocking on doors, etc. He also carried a firearm, which we find totally unneccessary in this environment. We feel their job is to protect our property & take action if there is any violence going on. We have been vacationing here for 25+ yrs this was by far the worst experience involving security.

Manager's Response

The security guard mentioned was overly aggressive. Sandpiper has a policy of not allowing security to carry firearms. The guard in question is no longer working at the Sandpiper.

We have stayed at the Sand Piper several times over the the years and have never been disappointed. The complex is always clean, the pool sparkling, and the beach beautiful.We have stayed in several of the condos, and each one comes to feel just like a home away from home. The Sandpiper is also near shopping and restaruants. Have a great stay!!!

Ice maker didn't work, stove didn't work right (needs to be updated), dishwasher didn't work!

Manager's Response

These items were reported at the guest's departure. The water to the icemaker had been turned off, and was turned back on. The dishwasher needed a minor repair. No problems were detected with the stove.
