Welcome to Surf Side Shores 1402! This Gulf-front condo offers a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Situated right on the Gulf, this property provides stunning water views, making it an ideal choice for your next coastal vacation.

About Surf Side Shores 1402

Relax in the spacious living area, which opens to a private balcony offering panoramic views of the Gulf and the sparkling ocean. Watch the waves gently roll in or enjoy the vibrant hues of sunset from the comfort of your own space. The sofa bed conveniently transforms into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space. Gather around the dining table for 4 or prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a standard and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator. Additional conveniences include a washer & dryer. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and direct balcony access, along with a private bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and its own private bathroom.

Surf Side Shores Amenities

Surf Side Shores is located right on the beach, providing immediate access to the shoreline. Just one mile from the central intersection in Gulf Shores, this ideal location allows you to enjoy both the beach and nearby attractions. Beach services are available through Ike's. Additional amenities include outdoor barbecue grills, as well as access to both an outdoor pool and a kiddie pool. Guests can also enjoy the pools in buildings 1 and 2, which feature heated pools from November to March on an alternating annual schedule as maintained by the HOA, ensuring warmth during the cooler months and offering additional options for relaxation and fun.

From basking in the sun by the heated pools to savoring the stunning Gulf views and exploring nearby attractions, Surf Side Shores 1402 provides an ideal setting for a memorable and refreshing Gulf Shores escape.

We had a great stay in gulf shores. The condo was as described. The beach is pretty eroded in front of the condo so really nowhere to set up chairs and a tent. The water comes all the way up to the walkway. Pool was nice, location was nice. Would stay there again. The kitchen light probably needs replacing soon and the right side balcony door handle is very hard to open.

Bender Realty is an awesome company to work with and quick to respond to requests for repair needs. We stayed for 3 months. The view can't be beat. The condo was nicely equipped and the beds were comfortable. The owner was gracious enough to rent a recliner for us during our stay. The condo does need some TLC. The LR furniture is not particularly comfortable.

Our experience with this condo was good; it is in a great location, nice views all day long, one morning we were able to see dolphins from the balcony while we were enjoying a cup of coffee. This condo is located close to almost everything you need while you are vacationing in this area.

Nice vacation ,the negative need grab bars in tub and boardwalk to the beach was slippery in the morning and did take a fall got bruised up but overall nice place and stay will go back.

It was all wonderful. Very clean, plenty of space, and very comfortable. A bit of paint flacking off on the balcony, otherwise very well kept up.

Granddaughter‘s first trip to the beach. Accommodations were as described two bedroom two bath. Nice surprise that both bedrooms had their own private bath greatly appreciated. Condo within walking distance of restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream shops, would rent again.

Bender was great. The condo needed a lot of updates and work. For $2000. a week I expected a little nicer. View was great, but bathrooms, washer and balcony need work.

We found the condo pleasant, clean and well-equipped. It was located near our places of interest - mainly restaurants, and of course, the views of the Gulf and the large balcony were sublime. For us, the condos rooms were small for four adults and an active 4-yr-old. Next time we will rent a three-bedroom. Bender staff was great when we had a toilet that needed a plumber.

I will start by saying the location is great, and the room seemed clean! The balcony is nice, it didn't smell weird, and the thermostat works. However, there are so many updates that need to be made. The water gets dangerously hot. It needs some sort of limiter that it does not have. I'm thankful we didn't have a small child with us, because we all got burnt. The master bathtub doesn't drain when taking a shower, and the faucet is messed up, so you can't change the temperature. Fortunately it is stuck in a range where it won't scald you, but it is very warm water. The bedspreads look old and faded, and the pillows are basically flat. Most of the remotes don't have batteries. Lastly, the fridge has a gross-looking rust on the side of it. Overall, it was fine for 2 days, and the price point makes sense, but I won't book this room again.

Overall it was good. Beds were excellent, kitchen well stocked, balcony view excellent. Size of unit was much less than photos depicted. Sofa sleeper was junk; NO padding in the so-called mattress.

A/C went out in 95 degree weather but Bender Realty had repaired within 48 hours. They were very accommodating and the contractor they hired was top-notch.

Biggest complaint was bus loads of extremely loud teenagers that roamed the exterior of the building, halls, elevators and the beach all night so that adults and small children in our condo could not sleep. But I blame that on their chaperones and not the facility.

I was very pleased with bender. The ladies in the office were wonderful and I can't say enough good things about them. Condo was nice. Small amount of mold in shower but this can be difficult to manage.

Location was great, building access was accommodating. A few draw backs, elevator was very slow and could use an additional one. The room wasn't the most modern that it could be, a few upgrades would benefit that unit. Also could have had some patio chairs at a minimum.

The absolute best part was the balcony view! Having the beach just steps away and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on shore. This was our wedding/honeymoon trip and it really couldn't have been more perfect for us!!!

Our stay was very relaxing and in a great location! I like that you could walk out onto the beach from the pool area and just spend the day at the beach and when you had enough just walk right back to the condo. The place was very well kept and clean and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and just looking out to the the water. I would very much love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for a wonderful Labor Day weekend!
