Just around the corner is Pier 33 Convenience Store that has everything from A to Z. It is also just one mile from restaurants, shopping, live music, and entertainment for all ages!

The Sea Breeze building has dedicated parking with upgraded security lighting and is equipped with two elevators that drop you off within a few steps of the front door of this condo. The beautiful pool area has plenty of seating, a gazebo where you can gather for a picnic with family and friends, and palm trees in the courtyard that give you the feeling of being in a tropical oasis! It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Dedicated beach access(sand path) adds to the convenience of this great property.

We have stayed in Bender Realty Sea Breeze units for 2 years in a row and booked our third year here. Unit 105 had a walk in shower which was great. Unit 117 had a view of the beach. The furniture was very nice and the unit was clean. This condo complex was in a great location and close to some great restaurants. Management was very easy to work with and took care of any issues promptly and they were very friendly. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

My husband and I had a great time in Gulf Shores. This was our first time and we would love to come back. We are from Washington State and found the beauty of the area really wonderful. Food was wonderful too! The condo was quiet and convenient to everything. We appreciated that it was updated, modern and clean.

Awesome condo right across from the beach. The interior is nice and relaxing with a beachy theme. Really enjoyed the close beach access - pristine beach! The condo was great with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. I had to work from the condo and had great wifi and space for a small extra table in the master to work from. Fantastic family vacation spot.

This condo was fantastic! One of the few smaller condos with an elevator and great pool. We loved the condos layout - really great common space, nice dining table, and the bedrooms are good size. The owners kept the condo in good condition with beautiful decor. To top it off, the location was also great....quiet, but within 3 minutes of shopping, amazing food, and private beach access. It was so nice. You will love this place!

We stayed in this condo for Shrimp Fest. It is super cute, clean and about a 3 min walk to the beach! We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the unit is. Both bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small but we only cooked breakfast there. The property management company is right next door and very accommodating. We loved it and will definitely be back for another stay!

What a great Fall retreat! We enjoyed our stay for the month of November and so appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo. Great eating close by and so was the shopping.Beach access for the condo across the street was so handy!

Everything was so great! Stayed for several weeks. The condo has great living space that is comfortable and relaxing with beautiful beachy themes. The bedrooms are both very good size - we even set up small office spaces in the rooms to work out of! Best thing about this condo - and a real rarity - is that it has an elevator and large carts for bringing your stuff up to the condo. So helpful! You can tell the newer owners have been making updates. The pool was always crystal clear and beach access was close. The beach was unbelievable- clean, beautiful water, perfect for throwing the football or laying and relaxing! This was our first time in Alabama and I will be coming back here!

Something that's really rare for a property this size - it has TWO elevators, one on each side of the property! Combine this with the great furnishings in 117, and you're got a fabulous condo!

This place is fantastic and one of very few with an elevator. Clean and well kept. Very close to all the shopping and restaurants. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach which we took full advantage of. Spacious living and dining area and the bed was super comfortable.

Took the kids to the beach for a quick trip before school starts. Condo was clean and nice. Kids had a great time. Right across the street from the beach.

It was a nice condo. The only issues we had were that we had to buy a mop and cleaner. The bathroom had something sticky on the floor.
Other than the initial cleaning and mopping we had a great time.

Our experience was great from start to finish. In a city where beach access and parking are difficult, having the dedicated access just across the street was a huge plus. Our family of 6 had a lot of gear to take to the beach, so we were grateful. It was a quick and easy walk back to the condo with the little ones for naps, snacks, etc. The pool was clean and a very welcome amenity. It is shaded in the afternoon. When we had a problem with our dishwasher on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, management sent a handyman within 45 minutes! Management was very accessible; guests can contact the office by text, email and phone day or night.
The property is within walking distance of many restaurants. We ate at Bahama Bob's and Beli Deli, both pretty good.

I was very nervous renting something from a picture. I don't have 1 complaint. From reserving the place till we checked out, it was better then expected. People were very nice. Great location for shopping, things to do and a convenient store within walking distance for the grocery item you forgot or just wanted to get a meal. It was clean and all the necessities you needed was there. If I ever go back, there is no doubt, this is where I will stay.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, clean property, good location. The only thing I was a little upset over was the parking, I don't feel that we should have had to find an open spot for our 2nd vehicle. I paid gor 2 parking permits so I should have had 2 designate spots.

117 was a perfect rental for our family of 6. It was very clean upon arrival. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only complaint we had with the place was the master bath tub didn’t drain as fast as what we were used to but it wasn’t completely unbearable. Just had to rinse the bottom of the tub out when we finished showering.

We would stay again. Thanks so much Bender for an easy and fun filled experience!

We were very please with the communication from Bender Realty with our recent beach vacation to Sea Breeze Condos. When we arrived to the condo after receiving our packet from Bender for unit #117 and it was as described in other comments, the unit was very clean, no maintenance issues with our unit and the a/c worked perfect but the bathrooms are small.
