Description

San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with zero-entry pool, exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and relaxing sauna. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at the Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar. With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub. The second en suite has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park. Two Beach chairs & an umbrella are provided at no charge to the guest by Suncoast March 1- October 31st.

We couldn’t feel more fortunate for choosing 1201 San Carlos as our space to stay for the week of vacation. It was an absolutely stunning and comfortable condo that truly felt like home for the week. 10/10 would recommend and would love to come back some day!!!

We had a fantastic experience at San Carlos 1201. The view from the room is beautiful and the rental experience was super easy. We loved that the condo was within walking distance of several great restaurants; everything you could want was nearby. Parking at the building is somewhat limited, but there is a large lot directly across the street. Our family also appreciated the elevators in the building. There are three of them and they are all fairly fast. We have stayed in other condominiums where trying to get an elevator can be a nightmare. There were also plenty of carts on site to assist with move in and move out. The condo itself was as advertised, very comfortable, with everything we needed. We hope to visit again in the future.

The condo looks exactly as pictured. The living space is great and the location was wonderful! We especially Loved the large balcony!
The condo had a small issue with a ceiling fan and light, and we would have Loved some basic cooking spices/ seasonings/ basics, along with some extra toilet paper.

A beautifully furnished condo - tasteful decor, comfortable beds and bedding, nice outdoor furniture on balcony, well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances, full size washer and dryer, large newer TVs with Dish TV and a full range of channels, including SiriusXM music channels. The Zero-entry pool is large, clean, and very nice with "sun sails" providing some welcome areas of shade. 3 elevators are very fast. Plenty of parking. Appreciated the visible security presence. Only issues - the sliding door to the patio from the living room wasn't working properly, but the other sliding door from the master bedroom worked fine. It would be helpful to provide a stepladder. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful dishes and glassware, but the kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, making the top cabinets impossible to reach. The balcony isn't as private as some due to being a corner unit - and there were some noisy neighbors at the building next door - but the open end allows for more breezes, which were welcome. The Sea and Suds restaurant just down the beach has a loudspeaker that is used constantly to announce when various tables are ready; that is very annoying - someone should contact them about this. Other than these small things, this truly is the best condo I've rented in over 30 years of summer visits to Gulf Shores. Eager to return!

This property was amazing!!!! The set up was great with essentially 3 master areas. Perfect for many different travelers dynamics- MIL-babysitter-3 couples the decorations were cool and calming and the kitchen dishes and pots and pans etc top notch. Usually you get the bottom of the barrel cookie trays. Not this place. 6 stars.

This rental was absolutely beautiful! The decor was so pretty and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ever need also! The furniture in the balcony was lovely as well. You can walk to Sea and Suds, a great place to eat on the beach. The pool at one end is zero entry, one of the main reasons we stayed here for our special needs daughter. She has trouble with steps and ladders. I used to workout space too, it was very nice. The whole place was spotless and so comfortable. I would definetely stay here again!

This was our first beach condo rental, and we were very pleased. Our family of four included two young adult sons and there was plenty of room. Bender Realty was excellent from the start and very helpful. We enjoyed the San Carlo facilities and beach. Excellent location to walk everywhere. Other guests were friendly, and we felt very comfortable here. The condo is very spacious with excellent beach decor. We enjoyed the balcony that can be accessed from both the Master bedroom and main living room. Lots of natural light. This corner unit is quiet and includes a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. We would stay here again! Thank you for a great vacation.

The San Carlos is by far one of the nicest condos I have stayed in while in Gulf Shores. Minus a few little items (explained below), this condo is tastefully decorated, spacious, and right on the beach. Note: While this is a 3 bedroom condo, only 2 bedrooms are accessible. The owners use the third bedroom as storage for personal items and keep this door locked. Maintenance was outstanding on the building, elevators are roomy and quick, and shopping carts are available for carrying groceries, luggage, etc up and down. The few negative items to this condo are that the slider door to the balcony didn't have a lock on it (not that on the 12th floor anyone could get in) but a draft came in from the missing lock, the master bath had a bit of mold on the ceiling by the shower (which could be expected given the humidity in the bathroom), the shower curtain in the hall bath looks like someone sprayed bleach too close and it is discolored, the kitchen could use a pizza cutter and some oven mitts (it had silicone ones, but it was hard to grip the pans with these) but otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. The flooring is tile, and it did not appear that it had been mopped before our stay, as we wore socks and they were filthy after wearing them and walking on the tile floor. However, the floor was swept/vacuumed, just didn't appear that it had been mopped. All the kitchen appliances, as well as the washer and dryer, appeared to be new. These few negative items were not a huge deal, but wanted to share to be honest in this review. There is a chair and umbrella rental service right on the beach (2 chairs and one umbrella $40/day- rates go down the more days you rent). Very convenient. Please remember to tip the young man who sets them up for you every day! He works hard to make sure you have everything set up by 7:30 am. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and many days we ate outside and watched the dolphins play. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great condo with a terrific location. Had a couple of things that needed attention when we got there and a maintenance man was there within the hour. Very comfortable condo.

This condo is one of the nicest, roomiest condos we have ever rented. The decore is beautiful and it has everything you need while on vacation. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

We loved everything about this condo! It was clean, had brand new furniture, and was super convenient to the beach and restaurants. The view was great and the balcony was huge and private. We would love to stay here again!
