Royal Palms 503 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

We think you need a little vitamin SEA and this newly renovated, one bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo is just the answer! With a king size bed in the master suite, youth-sized hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 6 guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes enjoying meals in a breeze. You’ll feel total relaxation when you spend sometime quality time on your private balcony soaking in all the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico! There are 2 TVs, one in the living room being a smart TV, a DVD player and high speed WiFi to keep you connected while you vacation. A washer and dryer and located in the unit for your convenience.

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. Please note there is a new BBQ grilling area. The build has 2 elevators for ease of access throughout the building.

This was a last minute trip for us, so we had very little expectations and preparation to the trip. I took my 3 kids (16,11,2) for a "get out of the cold" vacation. We stayed for 4 nights between Christmas through New Years & were pleasantly surprised by the weather. The best thing about this cute little condo for us was the location. We loved having easy access to the pier and the low crowds due to the state park made it very peaceful. No obstructed views here & that part was lovely. The indoor pool and hot tub (VERY hot and almost unable to get in it) made a nice addition to our wind down routine each night. The layout worked perfectly for us as well. I feel like the kitchen could have had a few more basics available (like a salt shaker and a few coffee filters) mainly for that first day. We didn't overly pack for this trip like most, but I would have loved to have had the ability to make a pot of coffee that first morning before running to the store. I'm not sure I have ever stayed somewhere that didn't have at least the few basic items, but we made due. We expected the unit to be a bit dated due to the pictures, so that part didn't bother us. The beds were very comfy and the shower/water pressure was a plus for the girls :) It could use a good deep clean to target the tile and floors/corners, but again that is something that is to be expected for an older unit. Overall, we would stay here again for a quick getaway! The property manager was wonderful and texted to always make sure we were ok and provided helpful tips for checking and check out, but didn't blow us up :) The trip was simple, stress free, and easily coordinated- so we couldn't ask for much more than that!

The management staff at Bender were excellent. Always helpful and very pleasant to talk with. And had excellent follow thru. Can’t say enough about them.
There are things that if I owned that condo would fix and update. That would be the owners decision. I am not sure if they stay here or is it an investment. With just a little investment it could be a very nice property. One other issue that I would suggest to the owners, there is not sealing around the door. When the wind blows it is VERY loud. You can also see light all around the door. It was annoying when the wind was blowing hard. Just updates that would help make this a nice place to stay.

Our stay was for 2weeks and didn’t want to leave! Everything you have at home is in this condo from the view of the Gulf, cooking utensils, the shower(s), to the comfort of the bed, the location of restaurants and shopping is stellar! I would suggest this to anyone that is looking for a great condo.

We had a wonderful vacation. It was out first time staying at a beachfront condo. Very clean and relaxed. We enjoyed it so well we stayed an extra day. I loved this condo. We go to the beach every year and I’ve never went to a condo that i thought to myself “i think i would stay here again”, not because I’ve stayed at bad places - just never liked a place this much. Everything was VERY clean and absolutely beautifully decorated. It is very updated with decor that’s in stores today- which i think is rare with a beach condo. The wall color is even updated, I’ve thought about painting my living room that color. The bed was also really soft. When i got home i specifically looked and purchased a pillow top mattress pad in hopes it would feel like this bed.

We brought our two boys, both under 3 years old, for their first beach trip. The condo was on the beach, which was great for having to pack up two kids each day. The check in was very simple and well-explained by the Bender team. We arrived after office hours, and everything was still very easy and exactly how we were told check in would need to be. Overall, it was a great first trip for the boys.

Nice condo. A little small for the price. Needs some updating and the outside furniture needs replacing. It was cheap plastic and dirty. It is in a great location. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience at Royal Palms. This is the third time that we have stayed there and all three in the same unit. It was very clean and well-kept as was the property in general. I have had a recent knee injury and could not get in the Gulf but the pool and hot tub more than made up for that. The view from the balcony is fantastic and we both spent many hours sitting there both day and night. We also appreciate the location of the building and the fact that there is no other development between Royal Palms and the pier. Finally, we enjoy the fact that anything you want to do in Gulf Shores is only a short drive away. We are already planning our return visit for next autumn and we may spend another vacation there in the spring.

The condo was exactly as stated! Kitchen had everything you needed & MORE! The decorations were so nice, we really felt like home. The red recliner had seen it's better day so we asked Bender to see if it could be replaced. In a few days a brand-new recliner was delivered!! The owner was very good to work with. The location was perfect for us. Close to everything, yet was the last condo before the Park. Nice, quiet beach. We will be returning next winter for sure. We highly recommend this unit for anyone to enjoy.

Terrific unit! It was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated & plenty of dishes & cooking utensils provided. The recliner had seen it's better day so we asked the rental office if it could be replaced. They notified the owners & a new chair was purchased! The unit was clean & very well maintained. We enjoy the unit being next to the state park. It's not as busy & a nice beach walk to the pier. We couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to spend our winter. We will be back next year. The ladies at Bender Realty are so sweet & fun to talk to! Looking forward to working with them again!

We had a good time in Gulf Shores. The condo was exactly as represented online. The bunk beds were not full size. My son slept on the couch and my daughter just made do. That is the only negative. Everything else was great. Access to beach. Fully prepared condo. Small laundry basket. Broom and dust pan to keep up with the inevitable sand. Kitchen perfect. Balcony great view. Not too crowded next to State Park beach and close to Pier. We will definitely return but maybe something with better sleeping. Perfect for family with small kids.

Really enjoyed our time at Gulf Shores in Royal Palms 503. We had six people in this condo which was a bit tight, but worked for the small amounts of time we were in it. Ocean view was beautiful...saw dolphins every morning and evening.

Great trip on Memorial day weekend. Royal Palms is always nice because the property joins the state park with room to stretch out on the beach, but still close to everything else.

Nice and clean condo-has everything you need. Great view! But, the condo although cute is VERY dated. The kitchen appliances are old, there are cracked and broken kitchen tiles, the sofa, pillows and chairs need replacing(Especially the sofa pillows(ick!). The bed was comfortable and the bunk beds are adorable. But, need new quilts/comforters and blankets. Overall, the condo reads "old and tired"-needs some TLC and minor "cosmetic" upgrades. LOVE the fact it has 2 bathrooms and washer & dryer! And it was clean AND the bed was comfortable. Not all negative ;)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms. The unit in which we stayed was clean and well-maintained and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also were impressed by the indoor pool and spa both of which we used each day. The property is the last one before the pier and that makes for some beautiful photos in the morning and evening. The proximity to numerous restaurants in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is a plus. We only had one issue (a malfunctioning lock on the door) but within twenty minutes of reporting it the issue was fixed. We are already planning on returning at a future date.

The location was perfect (it is located away from the busiest part of town). The beach was absolutely beautiful, very clean and not packed. The condo we stayed in (503) was very clean, the master bed was comfortable and the condo property is relatively quiet.

The condo was nice and accommodating although we had to rewash all the dishes prior to use because they were extremely dirty. The only other issue is that the last two days there was construction going on above us and all we heard was tap tap tap and hammering to the point we couldn't enjoy being inside the condo throughout the day! It was very disturbing and definitely not able to relax!

Royal Palms is situated in the perfect spot. The location is convienant to many great resturaunts, and the preserve is phenomenal. This is hands down one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. The staff is helpful and the pools are excellent. Highly advise anyone to check this place out!

A great get-away. We enjoyed the location adjacent to the state park and beach. We found the condo well equipped with nothing lacking.
The only area that really needs attention is the shower doors in the bathroom off the bedroom. When we arrived the door was open and I kept it that way when I was not in the shower. So, a few days later when I did close then shower door, I noticed a large amount of mold and mildew present. I would stay there again only if that situation was resolved.

Excellant!! 503 in Royal Palms was great. Limited golf but with so much more to do, no problem. The New Minstrels, sea food dinners & the American Legion fish dinners/music, a trip to Fair Hope & ice cream at Stacy's were hits.

We were happy with the location and thankful for the cleanliness of the unit. It's on a quieter part of the beach, being the end building before the large State Park and Pier. The security person was always friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were well heated and maintained. Being a 1 bedroom it's small, but you would expect that. As always, Bender Realty was a pleasure to work with. We had a pleasant stay at Royal Palms.

This is a comparison to other units we've stayed in. To get the negative out of the way, the entrance hallway is narrow. Picky? yes, at 32 inches between wall hangings. The rest is quite good. The unit has nice furniture, well supplied kitchen, several throw rugs over the tile floor, very clean, 42" flat screen and a great view. The pool was always warm and the hot tub was hot. CLEAN throughout with two exceptional ladies always sweeping, mopping and washing the inside/outside common areas. The facility is on the edge of the heavier traffic area but within each reach of shopping and eating places. Bender Realty, as always, was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a very good experience. The room was well equipped with most of the the things needed for staying several days. About all we supplied was food. Furniture is nice, everything was clean, and the AC worked great to provide relief from the heat.

The condo was clean and inviting! All beds had clean linens that were packaged and ready to use. The condo had more than enough dishes and kitchen supplies needed to cook meals. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo as well. Great view and not a bad walk to the Hangout music festival which is why we visited!

This was the first time I planned a vacation online and was extremely pleased. The condo was very nicely decorated and completely stocked with anything you could need. A perfect location on the beach if you want to be away from the crowds. The building and grounds are well kept and the staff very friendly. I would recommend Bender Realty and Royal Palms to anyone going to Gulf Shores. I know I will be returning to 503.

My experience beginning with the reservation, check-in, check-out, and the stay was nothing but wonderful. The location was fantastic. I think it is the best location in Gulf Shores. It was not too crowded and the water was clean and clear when we went at the end of July. The only minor issues we had was that the main burner on the stove did not work, but we didn't really need it. Also, the shower door in the bedroom bath did not close easily. Overall, it was a very relaxing vacation.

Wonderful condo...great location. Only issue was with our locks....unable to use keys on several occasions. New lock should have been installed immediately. Even though maintenance came several times, the problem needed a locksmith from day one. Should not have struggled to get in each time. Outside chairs & tables need a thorough scrubbing.

Loved everything about our vacation! We had trouble with the refridgerator, but it was replaced in 1 day & on Memorial Day @ that! Everyone was nice & professional. We are already planning our vacation next year to Royal Palms! Great location next to the State Pier. Actually saw dolphins from the balcony! We decided to get away for a week with the objective of recharging. We were able to accomplish that here. Very laid back atmosphere the whole week. We were a little after the traditional spring break weeks and most of the area was quiet and no lines for dinner and attractions. Exactly what we were looking for. This place has not been updated but it was perfect for us. We knew that going in and the property was represented just the way it was. I would have to say the pool is the weakest link here so this is not for the pool lover. The beach on the other hand is perfect. Bender is always great to work with. Never had a bad experience with them.

Our room was in the perfect spot! We were looking for a place that wasn't so crowded. And this was it!! We were able to walk to the pier to fish daily. It was just the perfect spot. The view was wonderful. It was neat to see the Dolphins swim by. The security
officer at Royal Palms was so helpful, our parking ticket flew out the window. Bender was going to charge us another $15 fee for another one. But the security officer was able to give us one. That was our only complaint. I wish they would make the parking
ticket able to hang from the rear view mirror. Something other than just a piece of paper that easily flies out of the window when you open the window. We even put it in the floor board so it wouldn't fly out, and it still flew out. Other than that incident,
it was perfect!!!

We have stayed at the Royal Palms for the last 5 years in different condos. This one was decorated very nicely and it was extremely convenient that the owner let us use the closet out in the main room for coolers and beach supplies. Previous units have had it locked. It made a big difference not having to trip over our stuff while we were in the room! The sheets and towels were clean, but when I started looking around there was a lot of hair on the floor in the corners. I expect a little sand, but not hair! We had to pull out the vacuum and do a quick sweep ~ the last thing I want to do on my vacation! Overall was very nice and we would stay again. Hopefully next time will be a little cleaner. Thanks!

Bender Realty was very professional. We had an issue with the hot water heater. I simply called and it was repaired within a few hours while we hung out on the beach. RP 503 is a small but very welcoming condo. Very nicely decorated! The on-site security guard was very personable and professional. No complaints whatsoever from my family! The hot tub, indoor pool and sauna were great! The weather didn't allow us to use the outdoor pool, as the temps were too cool. We will stay at RP again next year. Loved the location!!! Thanks!

The condo room was very clean and furniture was very nice and updated. The bed in master was comfortable but would have been better if king vs. queen. When we arrived there were only small tar balls and water/beach open w/ just swim advisory. The condo assoc taped off the large deck to the beach. I called about it and they did remove the tape. They provided Dawn, a scrub brush, and gojo wipes at the outside showers. It would be great to have twice as many lounge chairs at the pool (and there's room for that). There were only 8 and sometimes completely full so that makes for a bad experience at the pool. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the condo.

We learned about steam rooms during this stay and really, really enjoyed the steam room at RP. Our last night there we opened up the balcony doors to hear the waves and ocean sounds all night long. Was just great. Appreciated the on site security and someone there cleaning common areas daily.

The location of Royal Palms is fantastic. Being right next to the state park and with Royal Palms not being one of the MASSIVE condos the beach was not crowded and we did not have to fight for beach space.

The only two negatives were that the hall bathroom was not as clean as we would have like and the deadbolt on the door was very difficult to get unlockled. It would sometimes take several minutes to be able to get the door unlocked which got pretty frustrating.

All in all we had a great time.

the only reason that I would not choose Bender Realty in the future is the fact that after paying for our condo we had to pay $37.00 to be allowed to park our vechicle on the premises. I did not feel that this was reasonable.

Fees for vehicle parking registration are determined by the condo owners association. This type of fee is very common in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Bender Realty, the rental manager, is required to collect the fees at check-in for the association. Parking fees are quoted at the time a reservation is booked, and included in the itemized deposit confirmation.

This was our second time to visit Gulf Shores and stay at Royal Palms unit 503. We LOVE it! The unit is very nice and comfortable and the property is awesome! We love it because its the last one in the row of condo's and its not crowded on the beach. Gulf Shores is a great get away for the family. We love it and we love Royal Palms (503) and we will be back again...soon we hope! Oh and my 7 year old loves the indoor and outdoor pools...they are very nice!

I can't praise this vacation enough! The condo was immaculate, exactly as pictures, in a perfect location and was just right for our family. What a beautiful thing to see your 5y, 3y, and 9month old have such a great time! When the baby needed to rest, I could still watch the older ones enjoying themselves with Dad from the balcony!! We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are booking another trip before the summer ends!!!
If I have one request, PLEASE fix the lock on the is impossible to open with either key we had. I could not open it myself. Otherwise, see you again in August, Bender!

We loved staying at the Royal Palms, and were very happy with how quiet the beach 's nice being right next to the state park area. One thing that we didn't realize until after we were there for a couple of days was that we needed to have paper goods--toilet paper being an essential. The only toilet paper there was what was on the roll. That's not a complaint, just a fact for vacationing in a condo, I guess. We wished we could have stayed one more day, but we had to return to reality...

There was mold in the master bedroom window. We called the rental company and it was cleaned but I was a little uncomfortable with it. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. The view was great, beach beautiful white sand. Quiet location, bunk beds are fine for small kids, but not teens. Kitchen and living area were great! Easy location to get around.

The ONLY reason I was displeased was because the water in the indoor pool was hot! Too hot to swim or exercise. I could only wade around in the shallow end for a few minutes, and then sit on the edge of the pool to catch my breath. It would have been dangerous for anyone with high blood pressure. My husband and I stayed in Royal Palms 503. When we walked in we noticed how bright this unit was and the view was great. The bathroom could have used a little more attention but overall it was very nice and would recommend it to anyone. We will hopefully be back again! The people at Bender Realty was very helpful, only had to call them one time about the A/C unit filter, and they had someone out within 1 hour. Parking was great, convenience to everything was terrific!

Our vacation was better than words could ever describe!! It was so relaxing and enjoyable. The beach was awsome! We will certainly visit Gulf Shores again if we can afford the gas!!!! 503 was a beautiful condo, the best one we've ever had. Royal Palms was totally awsome in every way.

Great condo, very clean and the queen size bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds were great for our kids, but a larger person might feel uncomfortable sleeping there. Check in and out was very quick.
