The Tiki-Bar by the pool, complete with a large flat-screen TV, is the ultimate spot to catch the big game or enjoy your favorite shows while sipping on refreshing drinks. The outdoor lounge area ensures everyone will have a place to hangout and unwind. Whether you're sunbathing, taking a dip in the pool, or simply enjoying a cool drink, you'll find it hard to resist the allure of this outdoor haven.

Perky Pelican features a bright and open first floor with an expansive kitchen, dining area, and a welcoming living space. The kitchen comes equipped with an island for your culinary adventures, and the dining table seats 8 for memorable family dinners. Natural light pours in from the balcony, giving you a view of the neighborhood. On this floor, you'll also discover the first master suite, complete with a California king bed, a spacious private bathroom with a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The master en suite even has its own balcony with direct access to the pool. For the kids or extra guests, there's a cozy sleeping nook with twin-over-twin bunk beds; each bunk has its own wall-mounted TV.

As you make your way to the second level, you'll find three more inviting bedrooms. Two of them are connected by a jack and jill bathroom, one with 2 queen beds and the other with a queen bed. The fifth bedroom is a master en suite with private balcony access.

You're just a short 4-minute walk to the public beach 13th street access. So, within moments, you can have your toes in the sand and the Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop. Enjoy lazy days on the beach, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or simply bask in the sun - the choice is yours.

The home was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed it and didn't have any issues. It was within walking distance to the beach and we walked there 3 out of 4 days we were there. Bender was great to work with, very responsive and organized. Highly recommend!

We just returned from a week’s vacation at the Perky Pelican. It was a beautiful, clean house with an awesome pool and outdoor area. The location is just a short walk to a public beach access area. Our interaction with Bender Realty was super throughout the whole process. We even asked for an iron on a Sunday, and it was delivered within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The house was perfect for location to the beach and other necessities! We rented bikes for the week which was awesome for exploring the neighborhood. Loved the pool, I don’t think my family can vacation without one now! Only recommendation I have is for minor maintenance to the house, such as fixing loose cabinets and drawer coverings,, we had an accident with one that could have been prevented! Otherwise, we had a great stay and would consider returning!
