This condo has two bedrooms with a queen in the master and a king in the guest. A sleeper sofa accommodates six guests. 2.5 bathrooms provides a convenient half bath on the first floor of this townhouse. WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT VISIT FOR SHRIMP FEST 2024. THE CONDO WAS READY WHEN WE ARRIVED AND EVERYTHING WAS IMMACULATE. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS DURING OUR STAY AND THE BENDER OFFICE REACHED OUT TO US TO ASSURE THAT WE WERE HAVING NO PROBLEMS ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION.

We have been coming to Heron Landing for many years now and it is always a great time!! There is not a place more peaceful! The unit has everything you need, extremely clean, and close to everything you need whether shopping or restaurants. Easy access to the beach and we love spending time admiring the lagoon as well. Looking forward to our next stay!

Can’t say enough about this place! We have been coming to this same condo for over 20 years. Absolutely love the location! Only a few steps to the beach and you have your own pier to fish off of. Very quaint and quiet. You are still close to all attractions and restaurants but far enough away from traffic and crowds. This is like our home away from home!

This is absolutely our favorite place to stay. Been coming for years to this condo. Its like our second home. Very short walk across road to get to beach. Has its own pier for fishing and watching beautiful sunsets. Very convenient to all attractions and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the beach without all the crowds.

We were very happy with the whole experience. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and made us feel at home. It was close to the beach with its own access, had a private pier on the lagoon out back, and everything was well maintained and perfect. Parlor doughnuts was a favorite place for the kids to get their snack on. We also checked out bubbas seafood restaurant too and it was amazing. We will definitely be back, and we are definitely sticking with bender because their customer service is unlike anything we’ve experienced at any of the other places we go.

The location of the property was perfect. It was across the road from the beach, so a very short walk to the beach. It also had a dock on the lagoon side which is perfect for fishing. There is also a pool available during warmer weather, it was closed during our stay. The property was clean, orderly and had the needed supplies in the kitchen. The linens for the pull out bed was in a drawer, so it took awhile to find them. Also the manager was very helpful when I had questions. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends.

I love staying at this location. If I ever get to getaway for a few days, this is where I want to go. It is so quiet & peaceful, very clean & well maintained. Love watching the sunset at little lagoon & the beach is easily accessible.
