Description

The Cozy Cottage at the Beach packs big fun for you, just across the street from the Gulf!

The two queen beds and one bathroom perfectly accommodate a party of four. The kitchenette and washer and dryer provide you with the basic essentials needed for your stay. No dishwasher

In the lounge area, a wall-mounted Smart TV allow you to stream your favorite shows, and free WiFi round out the home entertainment.

This stand-alone house has a large, private deck area for relaxation in the mornings and evenings. Close by is public beach access with a marked pedestrian crosswalk that takes you across the two-lane street, straight to the Gulf!

The Cozy Cottage at the Beach is in walking distance to a convenience store, restaurant, and pizzeria. In season, there's also a fresh seafood market and ice cream store.

This sweet house is pet friendly for one dog @ 20 lbs. There is a pet fee.

Guests must be 25 to rent. Non-smoking. Monthly rentals welcome!

NOTE: The upstairs apartment is rented separately.

Loved the cottage! It is exactly what I needed minus the 9 inches of snow that came down on usnot in my plans but thank goodness I had everything I needed and the Bender guys were at my door next morning shoveling me out! Love the Bender folks so accommodating. So the rest of my winter vacation was wonderful. I was in the middle of everything. So close to my favorite restaurants and the best walking path in Gulf Shores! You can always stop at Beach House for a cocktail if you are thirsty Love Gulf Shores. Oh did I say how comfortable the beds are? I really didnt have any complaints and neither did my pup she loved the deck! I hope I didn't over sell..if so too late I already booked for next winter cheers

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The rental was in the perfect location in my opinion! The home was very clean and in great shape! The staff were extremely helpful and quick with responses! We really enjoyed the stay. We couldnt have asked for a better vacation! We appreciate yall so much and we will definitely be booking with yall again!

The property management team is EXCEPTIONAL. The cottage is cute but could use some updating and decorating. Kitchen and accessories for kitchen/cooking is definitely a deterrent for future stays.

We were highly satisfied with our Airbnb. Sandwiched by condos, this little house was just the right amount of quirky and retro. It harkened a simpler time. The beach access was super close!

Beautiful stay very clean house! The fire alarm needed a new battery besides that very clean home and close to the beach absolutely love it!!

Cute little cottage with everything you need for a getaway. Very convenient location to the attractions and State Park with bicycle lanes right in front of the cottage so you can leave your car parked and explore the town.
The beach is within a one minute walk to beach.
Everything was clean and ready for your stay, would definitely stay again.

The day started good got better when we walked through the door at the cozy cottage. We had a blast close to the beach with everything you need and want. Clean cottage and staff vary helpful

We took a last minute quick trip before school started. Gulf Shores is one of our favorite places to visit. The girls quickly gave the house the nickname "big city green" after the cartoon. The access to the beach couldn't have been better. We loved not having to share the area with anyone so no noisy neighbors banging around on top of us or beside us. The house is small but we only slept and showered. The rest of our time we spent it out. For the price, I couldn't complain either! We would come back, in fact we are planning on it for next year. The staff were wonderful and kind. They checked in on us, gave us all the information we needed to contact them after hours and even anticipated our needs. Our family of 4 received the rest and relaxation we desperately needed. Thank you for making this such a great destination.
