Welcome to Clearwater 4C! This beachfront condo offers breathtaking Gulf front views, making it the perfect vacation spot for beach lovers or groups. With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Located directly on the shores of Gulf Shores and just a short distance from local restaurants and eateries, you can enjoy the convenience of dining out and the beauty of the beach just steps from your door.

About Clearwater 4C

The living area is a cozy retreat, featuring a TV and direct access to a private balcony with stunning Gulf front views. For extra sleeping space, there’s a sleeper sofa in the living room and a bunk bed tucked into the hallway. The dining area seats four, with three additional chairs at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meals, including a standard coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and blender. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Clearwater Amenities

Clearwater is a low density complex with a beautiful beach front location making beach access a breeze. Other amenities of this location are an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, and an elevator for ease of access within the building. Clearwater is right near the Gulf State Park and less than a mile from The Hangout and public beaches. With the Gulf State Park being just down the road, you have access to beautiful hiking and biking nature trails, golf, the 1,540 ft fishing pier and many other things! This spot gives you the feeling of calm, quiet and seclusion but with quick and easy access to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

It seemed there was a miscommunication between the cleaners and property management because there were towels on the bathroom floor. It was very quickly taken care of with a complete clean.

THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER SATYED AT ALONG THE ANY OF THE SHORES IN A LONG TIME LOVED THE LOCATION AND IT WAS QUITE AND RIGHT ON THE BEACH. I WILL BE SATYING HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

We had a great time. It was our 2nd stay at Clearwater and enjoyed it very much. We spent most of our time either on the beach or sitting on the lanai looking at it. Very comfortable accommodations. AND we very much appreciated how the management worked with us to provide a few more hours there before having to check out. They were very gracious. Thank you, Bender Realty!

Great location right on the beach. It was perfect for my wife & I and our two children. Older kids or 4 adults may feel cramp. The room was great and the kitchen does look brand new. The exterior of the build could use some maintenance, but the room was great.

We rented Clearwater 4C from March 1, 2022 thru March 18. The condo was on the beach with a beachfront view. The condo was very nice, and for the most part was comfortable. There were a couple changes I would like to see before we rented it again...a more comfortable recliner and towel racks in the bathroom.

Condo was great! Right on the beach so very easy access, balcony view of the beach so didn't have to leave the room to feel like I was on vacation, and incredibly nice staff that were a pleasure to hear from. The room had everything we needed including a blender! Would most definitely recommend!

You're in a recently renovated condo with a patio practically on the beach itself, what more can you ask for? The check-in and check-out process couldn't be smoother as they use a keyless number pad lock and you just have to call to check-out. You go downstairs, get off the elevator and walk 100 feet to sand, do I need to say more?

Our experience started when hurricane Sally came to town. We were unable to make our scheduled stay. The manner in which the staff at Bender worked with us was Amazing. We could have missed our trip and our money. The staff worked with us to get rescheduled and placed us a Great location. We will book with this Great group again.

Bender staff is very nice and helpful, did not just act as if i was a dollar sign to them.
Condo was absolutely as advertised and very clean and well kept.

Husband, me and our 2 kids came down to celebrate a week on the beach and me turning 40. The Condo was nice and roomy had everything that we needed. loved the pool and the condo faced the beach. We have stayed here twice now in different condo and have liked both. Liked that the pool and beach access was gated with a code. Only thing, parking wasn't that good this time. They are having the building painted and that took up around 6 or 7 parking spots.

Our vacation rental experience was fantastic! This was me and my fiancées first time coming to gulf shores and working with Bender Realty. So our first time was the best, the service at Bender was great, from the time we showed up to the time we left. Bender called us on our 2nd day to assure the Internet and cable was working, that was a nice gesture on their part. The room we stayed in was very clean and was decorated to perfection. We loved every second of our beac vacation and stay at Clearwater. We will for sure be coming back next summer, thank you Bender Realty and the owners of Clearwater 4C.

We had a lovely four-night stay at Clearwater 4C. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived and we quickly settled in. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the view from the balcony was magnificent (definitely the highlight of the place!) Our main complaint would be with the window in the bedroom which looked out onto the hallway/elevator area, letting in light all night and noise from anyone coming or going. There also wasn't internet access in any room except the bedroom, although this wasn't a big problem for us. Finally, as we got ready to leave on the morning of our departure, we were locked out of our room an hour early, causing a few minutes of panic as we had to track down a phone and call the office for a new code. Be careful of this if you're leaving close to the 10 a.m. departure time. Overall though, we had a very pleasant stay.

After our long weekend getaway in October we are looking forward to a repeat in 2015 except we will definitely stay a few extra days. The weather, the condo as well as location could not have been better. If we ever purchase a condo we would seriously check into Clearwater first.

The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The decor was nice. Sitting on the couch was uncomfortable, however the recliner was a great. Great location, we walked to the shrimp festival. Heard too much noise of the door slamming from the condo beside us and the people above us seemed to never sleep. I am a light sleeper and brought a fan to help drown out noise and it worked for the most part. The wifi service only picked up in the bedroom but I knew of that issue before booking. We were a late check-in and the process was very easy. Just had to go to the office the next morning and sign in.

We were very satisfied with everything. Our only complaint was the place were you rinse off from coming up from beach. We think you need at hose sprayer like most condo place. Hard to spray off lawn chairs etc under shower.

It was very nice! The condo was very clean. The view was wonderful, we watched the dolphins play in the surf one morning from the balcony. The balcony furniture was comfortable as well. The location is peaceful, a family setting. If you want to go out deep sea fishing or other things it's located close to orange beach. Good restaurants located near the condo. Overall I was pleased with the whole experience, the booking, the location, and the property.

Awesome staff, timely when I asked for a maintenance person to come to the property. Nice and quiet trip with plenty of nightlife and stuff to do nearby. However at night when the wind got blowing the railings were so **** noisy. Impossible to sleep unless you had a good buzz on going to bed. Fix this and this place would be five stars down the line.

We had a really nice stay at the Clearwater 4C! The condo was tastefully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was quiet and the views were amazing! We loved hanging out on the patio and the patio furniture was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the wi-fi did not reach the family room or patio- and a stronger signal would have been nice for our 10 year old. We plan to return next year for spring break and hope that 4C is available again!

Visited Alabama and wanted to spend some time on the beach. The condo was clean and location was great. Great patio with large table for eating. The Wifi was only available in the bedroom due to the thick walls of the unit. The complex was quiet and clean, with easy access and parking.

My husband and I love getting away to Gulfshores from the Gulf coast of Ms often for the best weekends just hanging out. First time staying in the Clearwater and this beautifully decorated "Chabby Chic" unit was a perfect 3 day weekend getaway, steps aways to a clean beautiful beach with a real nice Beach "Chair/umbrella Rent" guy, the best condo neighbors and this unit is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars....All we can say is..."Perfect Weekend Stay"...we will be back to this unit again and again! The condo was clean, had a wonderful view and the kitchen had everything you would need. Only downside-the bedroom never got cold despite how low the thermostat went. But we greatly enjoyed eating on the balcony and reading out there. Couldn't be any closer to the beach! I would stay there again!!!!

Upon arrival i wasnt sure what to expect. I went to realty unit was still not ready ,(previous people left late) .so that bothered me,guess i was tired took 7 hours of travel to get there. Hoewever after a 30min. Delay we got in unit. And my wife and i were very happy the view was awsome,the unit was awsome.we have no complaints.Loved it" check out was at 10am, so we left at 8am so the next people would be able to have the unit without delay. I give this a 5 star rating !!!

Beautiful location, comfortable chairs on the balcony, quiet building, reasonable price. Watched dolphins jumping in the Gulf! Only two minor suggestions: 1) Better wifi that will reach all the way to the balcony (true for all Clearwater) 2) small piece of trim next to bathtub needs to be replaced. On the positive side, I have used several agencies in the Gulf Shores area. From now on, Bender is my first choice. Great process for late check-in, easy, no hassle, courteous people, reasonable price. What more can I say? Oe of our favorite stays ever. Only real complaint is we had to leave! We love Gulf Shores.

This condo was small but very cozy. My only complaint is that the wireless internet connection is not great. If you were not within 5 feet of the elevator, then you couldn't really get a signal. They need to increase their range so you can get wireless through the whole condo. Also, the walls were very thin and you could hear a lot of noise from above and beside you. But this is an older condo so it is what it is I guess. Other than that, the condo was clean, the management company was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice complex with plenty of parking. The unit was tastefully decorated and clean. The bath needs the trim around the tub replaced. Nothing major just normal wear and tear. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. I don't recommend planning to utilize the sofabed for sleeping as it was unusable. It was so uncomfortable the kids chose to sleep on the floor. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn't use the pool much but it was always clean and the area around the pool was clean. The balcony has a table and really nice reclining chairs to relax in while enjoying the beautiful view. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed ourselves while on our vacation get away in Gulf Shores Aug. 20 thru 24 2012 in the Clearwater Condo unit. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. There were only a couple points that I would bring up just to be constructive if I may. The bedroom window can really use a curtain that blocks light better as well as the sliding glass door to the balcony. The light out side is very bright and shines through in the sleeping areas. I would suggest changing the phone out, pretty outdated.I would also suggest putting a clock on the wall in the kitchen/living room. In the bathroom at the base of the tub there is a pcs. of quarter round that SHOWS MOLD/ROT that could be changed in matter of a couple minutes and would look a lot better.I feel as though an air refreshner could be installed in the elevator and would be a big help. My biggest issue I would say is the penny pinching on water volume at the sand wash station comming off the beach. I feel that whole area could be re-designed,the small short hose needs to be done away with as well as the on/off valve.I would say a valve that stays on while one is using would be much better. It is very hard to wash the beach sand from your feet and legs with the present set up and the sand really needs to be cleaned out more often from under the boarding so when one does get it washed off they will not still be standing in it. We loved the view, the furnhings in the kitchen as well as towels, beddings etc. is very well stocked. The bed as I had read was SO comfortable. Thank you for giving me this chance to write my views and only mean it for your help to improve what you have. We will be back in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Clearwater 4C for our honeymoon. The condo was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the wonderful view of the gulf and all the kids having a great time also. We will be back on our first anniversary to celebrate again. I absolutely did not want to leave this georgous place. We can't wait till next year to return. Everywhere we went eating, shopping, etc. was excellent. We would recommend this place to all of our friends to visit. Thank you so much for the beautiful memories my husband and I have.

We had a great time during our stay in Gulf Shores, AL. Being form the east coast the beaches were much calmer and more beautiful to look at and visit. The management staff at Bender Realty were so kind in helping me change my arrangements due to weather

We love the place and location and have stayed in this unit 3 times. We only have one negative comment. The mattress in the bedroom is too soft for us and my husband had to sleep a few nights on one of the bunk beds. We will stay again at Clearwater but
may have to try another unit unless the mattress is changed.

We really enjoyed the stay at the Clearwater. We have a couple of suggestions that may make the property even more enjoyable. The pool area needs some type of shade. A wooden walk towards the beach would be nice. 4-C has a couple of holes in the wall that could be easily repaired and the loud racket from the vent system during windy conditions should be investigated.
The pool furniture is very comfortable and new. Parking is easy and the size of the building makes it family friendly. No long waits at the elevator and the uncrowded beach front add to the value of a Clearwater stay.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in unti 4C. We were a bit concerned about the way the carpet looked in the bedroom and the fact that there was a small hole in the wall behind the chair in the livingroom. While these did not effect our comfort/stay, we were a bit concerned that it may come back on us when we checked out and you might charge us for the way things looked. Perhaps in the future there could be an inspection of the unit that we do upon arrival with someone from your staff so that it does not appear that we may have caused the damage. (Kind of like they do when you get a rental car.They look the whole car over.) Other than that... we had a great visit and will definitely return in the future!

Very comfortable-great bed-nice furniture and appliances, however, the sofa was not comfortable to sit on, and shower curtain needs to be replaced

Enjoyable stay. Decor & wall hangings very cute & tasteful. Somewhat pricey for the size when you add taxes and fees. No hot tub. A little trash in trashcans left behind from previous guest. One or two dishes were not clean. Barcalounger placement causes marks on the wall behind it when reclined. I had to move it away from the wall. Several dozen dings and old repairs are on the aforementioned wall because the chair is always returned closer to that wall. Why? Floor along dining area wall had a few crumbs, dust bunnies, etc. Spoon laying on floor between refrigerator and counter. Previous guest should get a refund of his cleaning charge! :-) Radio works/CD player broken. Wireless G 54M signal extremely poor; only works in line-of-sight to elevator. The garbage chutes on each floor are very handy!

Keep the elevator working, there is a lot of stairs when you have lots of stuff, especially when you have two little ones. The pool wasn't ya'lls fault, but you could put some type of removable flood gate to stop the water from coming in. Thanks the Carter's

Bender Realty is a very nice group. Clearwater was clean and in a convenient location. Coffee pot didn't not work and the place was very noisy all through out the night. I will go through Bender Realty again, but I won't stay at Clearwater again.
